Ok, remember the Swift and Finn lookalike things I did? Just pretend they're in halloween costumes for this year...

Basically it's Piper as Inspector Carmelita Fox from the Sly Racoon/Cooper series with her epic shock-pistol. Sorry I didnt draw a tail... I just thought that they were both justice-seeking, cool looking... and basically were both girls who had blue hair I turned her into this...

It was either Carmelita, Tyson from Beyblade or Sonic ... which are both boys...
